More than ten years of Microsoft, always close to people

I started in IT administration, running a complete Microsoft 365 environment and helping people every day who needed a quick, clear answer. Development, consulting and project coordination followed, and with the Power Platform came the topic that has stayed with me ever since.

One thing runs through every step: I have always trained people. First colleagues, then entire workforces, today teams in companies from very different industries. Since 2026 I do this independently, directly for companies and through training providers.

Milestones

2014
IT administration
Built and ran the internal IT infrastructure and a complete Microsoft 365 environment, first point of contact for every IT question.
2016
Software development
Developed and tested new features and fixed bugs. Responsible for the further development of an internal low-code tool.
2018
Consulting and user adoption
Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business rollouts for customers in Germany and abroad, with training weeks for up to 1,000 employees in several languages.
2019
Project coordination
Freed project managers from repetitive work with Power Apps and Power Automate, built Power BI dashboards for leadership, project managers and customers.
2021
Power Platform consulting
Solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Dataverse, plus SharePoint, governance and CI/CD with Azure DevOps. Trained customer teams and led projects to go-live. The same year: Microsoft Certified Trainer, launch of the YouTube channel and a part-time bachelor's degree in business informatics completed.
2024
Senior consulting and Microsoft MVP
Strategic advice on cloud, architecture, data and low-code, with training as a fixed part of the role. The same year, the first Microsoft MVP award.

On stage and in the community

I speak regularly at conferences and community events in Germany and internationally. Topics range from ALM and deployment with Power BI and the Power Platform in the enterprise to AI and Copilot. Ideally with live demos and plenty of questions from the audience.

Away from the screen and the stage

Away from work, I am above all a father. I have practised martial arts for several years, and as a coach I teach boxing to teenagers. It is about much more than technique: discipline, respect and keeping going when it gets hard. I bring that attitude to every training.

Whenever I can, I travel. New places, people and languages fascinate me. I train in German, English and Albanian, speak Greek in everyday life, and my Italian and Spanish are good enough for small talk.

To recharge, I go running, sometimes with a race number.
