2. In short

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools. Content from other providers is only loaded when you trigger it yourself, for example by starting a video. Fonts are loaded from my own server.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted on Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps. The provider is Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland.

When you visit the website, the host automatically processes data that your browser sends (server log files), in particular:

This data is technically necessary to deliver the website and run it securely. I do not analyse it or combine it with other data. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. My legitimate interest is the secure and reliable provision of the website.

A data processing agreement is in place with Microsoft (Microsoft Products and Services Data Protection Addendum). The content is delivered through a worldwide server network, so processing outside the EU, in particular in the USA, cannot be ruled out. Microsoft is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses also apply. Microsoft determines how long log files are kept. 4. Encryption

This website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise it by “https://” in your browser’s address bar.

5. Contact by email or phone

If you email or call me, I process your details (for example name, email address, phone number and the content of your request) to answer your request. The buttons on this website, for example for a first call or a training request, only open your own email program. No data is sent through the website itself.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your request relates to a contract or steps prior to entering into one, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering requests). Emails are stored with my email provider. I delete your data once the request has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations (for example under commercial or tax law) apply.

6. No cookies, local storage in your browser

This website sets no cookies. If you switch between light and dark mode with the toggle, your browser stores this choice locally (localStorage) so that it is kept for your next visit. This information stays on your device and is not sent to me. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings. The legal basis is Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG (German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act), because the storage is necessary for the function you requested.

7. Fonts

The fonts on this website are hosted locally and loaded from my server. There is no connection to Google or other font providers.

8. Site search and AI readiness check

The search on this website runs entirely in your browser. A search index is loaded from my server for this. Your search terms are neither sent nor stored.

The AI readiness check is also evaluated entirely in your browser. Your answers are neither stored nor sent. If you write to me afterwards, section 5 applies.

9. YouTube videos

On the “About” page you can play a video from my YouTube channel. It is only loaded when you click on it. Before that, there is no connection to YouTube. After the click, the player is loaded via the domain youtube-nocookie.com. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Among other things, your IP address and information about your browser are sent to Google. Google may also process data in the USA and is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is your consent given by the click (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG). You can withdraw it for the future by reloading the page. More information: Google privacy policy.

10. Links to other websites

This website contains links, for example to LinkedIn and YouTube. These are plain links, not embedded plugins. Only when you click a link are you taken to the other website, where that provider’s privacy policy applies.

11. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3)).

Right to object: Where I process data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you can object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR).

Just write to me at enealicaj@hotmail.de. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU country where you live, work or where the alleged infringement took place (Art. 77 GDPR).
